A Fresh Start
This condo started with the basics… standard finishes and not much personality.
The builder-grade kitchen didn’t suit how the client lives (or cooks). So we fixed it!
The kitchen was completely redesigned to be more functional and better built, and wide plank wood floors were added throughout to bring warmth and continuity to the space.
In the hallway, we introduced a bold wallpaper moment – something unexpected that sets the tone right from the start.
The exposed concrete ceilings were left as-is to keep that open, modern feeling, balanced with furnishings that are minimal, comfortable, and meant to be used.
It’s clean, intentional, and confident… the kind of space that works hard without looking like it’s trying to.
