A Long-Term Relationship

This was my very first client – and decades later, we’re still working together.

Over the years, this home has been redesigned more than once, evolving alongside her life. While I’m often known for using colour, she’s always been drawn to white. And that’s part of what makes this project so interesting.

We’ve leaned into that preference, creating a space that feels calm, layered, and quietly refined without ever feeling cold. It’s about subtle shifts, thoughtful updates, and knowing when to leave things alone.

There’s a level of trust that comes with a relationship like this. She knows how I work, and I understand what she responds to.

And honestly, I’ve had a lot of fun with it.
